Falstaff Claret Jug Cut Crystal Silver Plated Figural Mask Spout
Description
An impressive antique English cut crystal claret jug, dating to the late Victorian or early Edwardian period. The jug is fitted with silver plated mounts stamped Falstaff Silver Plated and features a decorative figural mask spout, hinged lid and elegant scroll handle.
The crystal body is heavily cut with deep diamond and mitre panels, giving excellent clarity, presence and weight. A striking decorative piece suitable for display, traditional tableware use, barware display or a period interior setting.
