Antique Victorian Hand Blown Cut Crystal Sherry Liqueur Glasses Pair c1880
Description
Beautiful pair of antique Victorian hand blown crystal glasses featuring elegant flared bowls with vertical petal panel cutting. The panels catch the light beautifully and taper into a clear lower bowl above a slender stem with a knop collar.
The glasses show a pontil mark to the base and small natural variations consistent with traditional hand blown glassmaking. These features, together with the classic proportions, indicate late Victorian table glass.
Designed for serving sherry, port or liqueur, these glasses make an attractive addition to an antique table setting or a collector's glassware cabinet.
