Antique Sterling Silver Collar Cut Glass Decanter Starburst Glass Stopper
Elegant antique cut-glass decanter with a tapered body, starburst and geometric cutting, a British hallmarked sterling silver collar and removable faceted glass stopper.
The hallmarks include a lion passant, consistent with sterling silver. Chester assay, a date of circa 1905 and an attribution to Barker Brothers have been suggested, but none of these specific identifications is confirmed. Photographs of the marks are supplied for independent assessment.
